As a Shopper Insights Manager, your vital role will involve collaborating across teams to analyze market data, define reporting standards, and oversee collaborations with Nielsen and Yougov &amp; Kantar assisting the sales team with insightful analyses and contributing to global market research. Your strategic input will be the key to transforming data into impactful initiatives, enhancing our organization&#8217;s success.
Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility:

<li>Develop the Shopper Insights department through collaboration with Trade Marketing, Brand Management, and Communication teams.</li>
<li>Consolidate and evaluate market research data to gain insights into buyer behavior and support strategic marketing decisions.</li>
<li>Define reporting standards and prepare regular reports on selected market research KPIs for Board meetings.</li>
<li>Oversee the cooperation with Nielsen, including annual presentation briefings and responsibility for the preparation and interpretation of Nielsen reports.</li>
<li>Manage cooperation with Yougov &amp; Kantar, with a focus on creating and interpreting reports and coordinating special queries.</li>
<li>Take charge of the scorecard tracking relevant brand KPIs.</li>
<li>Support the national sales team in developing well-founded sales stories, actively deriving business opportunities, and preparing for annual meetings through in-depth analyses of shopper behavior.</li>
<li>Utilize the existing data pool and develop additional information sources for strategic positioning and performance evaluation.</li>
<li>Assist in global market research, market share analyses, price tracker, analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, deriving actionable recommendations.</li>

Shopper Insights Manager (m/w/d)

At BORCO-Marken-Import Matthiesen GmbH &amp; Co. KG (distributor of Sierra Tequila, Yeni Raki, Helbing and many other well-known liquors) we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to support our Business Development team.
As a Senior BDM you will drive our business expansion across the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our foreign distributors, ensuring profitability, and strategically expanding market presence. As the International Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, drive sales strategies, and represent BORCO at international trade fairs.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:

<li>Actively manage foreign distributors in APAC with P&amp;L responsibility, collaborating with the Junior Business Development Manager to optimize partners and pricing.</li>
<li>Significantly expand BORCO&#8217;s business across the entire portfolio, focusing on long-term profitability and market share growth in the assigned customer area.</li>
<li>Define profit targets, create sales forecasts, and develop individual sales strategies through business reviews with partners.</li>
